A Cu-Ag-Pb-Fe mining district located in T2-3N, R15-16W.

Mineralization is spotty chrysocolla and other oxidized copper and lead minerals in joints and fractures along fault zones in Cretaceous andesitic volcanics capped by Cretaceous welded rhyolitic tuff and breccia.

Workings are mostly prospect shafts, pits, and open cuts over a wide area, worked mainly in the early 1940's. The district produced some 518 tons of ore containing about 175 tons of copper and 514 oz. of silver.
