A former surface Mn mine located in the E½SW¼SE¼ sec. 20, T2S, R22W (protracted), on a military reservation. Owned/operated at times, or in part, by Tenny; and, the Western Exploration & Development Co.

Mineralization is psilomelane in bunches and veinlets along a fracture zone in Tertiary andesitic volcanics.

Workings include open cut and pit operations. Some 50-100 long tons of sorted 40%± Mn ore was shipped and 3,000 long tons of low grade Mn ore was sent for experimental concentration.
