Old copper and silver mines. The copper occur as grains, sheets, plates and treads in quartzite.

Haugjuvet mine , Spennivegg Mine, Gjeitenuten Mine , Kjærstøl Mine ,Landsverk Prospect, Bekken Prospect,Kloppedalen Prospect, Åskleiv Prospect, Bustigen Prospect, Aspestigen Mine, Bergdal Mine, Åsen Prospect,Snørten Prospect, Stavdalslåtten Prospect, and Huvestad Prospect.

In addition there are some mines and prospects that worked on chalcopyrite-bearing quartz veins:
Grøe Prospects, Heiskar Mine (Cu), Løvnett Mine(Cu), and Kovedjuvet Mine (Cu).
