A former small underground Cu-Ag-Au-Pb-Zn-W-Mo mine located in the NE¼ sec. 1, T.23S., R.15E, about 10 miles NE of Nogales, on National Forest land. Produced 1913-1929. Owned at times, or in part, by Fliescher; and the Arizona European Mining Co.

Mineralization is largely oxidized pyrite and chalcopyrite with minor lead and zinc minerals in fractures and disseminations with gouge, quartz, and breccia in sheared and jointed Jurassic granitic intrusive.

Workings include tunnel and shaft operations. Worked sporadically from 1913 through 1929, producing some 320 tons of ore averaging about 10% Cu, 4 oz. Ag/T, and 0.1 oz. Au/T.
