A Zn-Cu-Pb-Ag-Au mine located in the SE ¼ sec. 35, T.20S., R.14E. Owned at times, or in part, by Michelske; Reid; Johnson; Kramer; the Arizona Consolidated Gold & Copper Mines; and the Boulder Mining Co.

Mineralization is spotty, partly oxidized sulfides in a narrow, lensing quartz fissure vein cutting Cretaceous rhyodacite welded tuff and interbedded arkose near intrusive Laramide diorite.

Workings include adit and shaft operations. Sporadic production for the group of some 350 tons of ore averaging about 7% Zn, 3% Cu, 2% Pb, and 3 oz. Ag/T, from the early 1900's through 1960.
