Allison Mine (Allison claims; Allison prospect), Cementosa Wash, Sheep Tanks District, Little Horn Mts, Yuma Co., Arizona, USA

A former surface and underground gold mine located in sec. 9, T1S, R14W, about 4 miles East of the Sheep Tank Mine, on BLM administered land.

Mineralogy involves a mass of locally shattered and brecciated diorite-porphyry forms low ridges of an Eastward trend. A lenticular area of silicified breccia contains prominent, nearly verticle fractures that strike Eastward and are marked by considerable amounts of limonite stain. The ore body is lenticular.

No production is recorded.
