Worked as Avon Consols 1851-54, Devon Wh. Vor c1858 and reopened as Huntingdon Mine from 1864-68 (Hamilton Jenkin 1981).
A series of E-W trending lodes except Gibby's Beam which trends NE and 2 parallel lodes west of the Walla Brook which trend NW.
The works on the most southerly lode were reopened in 1864 as New Huntingdon Mine. Engine Shaft was 35 fathoms deep with several levels and extensive stoping most of which appears to have been done before 1864 reworking.
Output, possibly from Gibby's Beam, is 3.5 tons of black tin in 1837 and 4 tons in 1854 (Dines 1956)
