A former small underground Au-Ag-Cu mine located in the SE ΒΌ sec. 3, T.20S., R.7E., 16 miles NNW of Sasabe on private land. Operated by L.J. Robinson.
Mineralization is pockets of oxidized auriferous pyrite and minor base metal sulfides along irregular quartz-fissure zones in metamorphosed Cretaceous sedimentary beds (conglomerate, graywacke, shale, arkose, andesite flows, breccias, rhyolite tuff).
Workings include shallow openings. Produced some 150 tons of ore averaging about 1.0 oz. Au/T and minor Ag & Cu in 1950.
