A former surface and underground Au-Ag-Zn-Cu-Pb mine located in the SE¼ sec. 28, T.19N., R.20W. (Oatman 7.5 minute topo map, in the SW portion of the Mohave Mountains, about 55 road miles from Topock. Owned by A. Kempf.

A few veins that strike northeastward, transverse to the schistosity, and dip steeply southeastward. Widths vary from less than 1 inch up to 1½ feet (.5 meters), and average a few inches. Mined portion of the principal vein was 30 inches wide. Mineralization includes secondary copper minerals.
Workings include several shallow shafts and short tunnels.
