A Au-Cu-Pb mine located in the SW ¼ sec. 33, T.30N., R.17W., WNW of the Climax Mine.
Mineralization is a North-striking quartz-carbonate sulfide gold vein, as much as 1.5 meters thick.
Workings include an adit to 150 meters long that intersects a raise and winze. The winze is 10 meters deep.
