A former surface and underground Cu-Pb-Zn-V-Ag-Au mine located in the SE¼ sec. 21, T.34N., R.14W. (Grand Glc Bench 7.5 minute topo map). Operated 1890 - 1919. Closed 1966.

Mineralization is lenses and pods in annular cross section in Lawler Peak granite. Ore includes secondary copper minerals. Ore concentration process was supergene fluids.

Ore is in the outer fringe of a cylindrical plug of brecciated limestone (collapse structure) filling an apparent sink hole in Carboniferous limestone.
