A former surface gold mine located in the SE ¼ sec. 21, T.28N., R.18W.
Mineralization is the eastern contact between gneissic granodiorite and surrounding gneiss. A shear zone strikes N.45ºE. Mineralized quartz veins parallel to the shear zone.
Workings include an inclined shaft (45º to 55º - 30º below the 3rd. main level).
