Mineralization is well-developed, verticle, N.50ºE-striking fault. Conspicuous cross faults include an E-W fault dipping 5ºS. A little copper staining occurs on brecciated blocks of quartz-carbonate-minor chalcopyrite blocks. Considerable sericitization and carbonatization of the country rock.
Workings include an adit at 150 meters SW of the lower dump of the Golden Gate Mine. A verticle shaft at the top of the ridge.
