A lime quarry located a short distance NW of Mohawk. Started before 1911.

Mineralization is a lenticular mass of fine-grained, arkosic, biotite schist in gneiss that contains a bed of white to gray banded marble that strikes E. and dips 30ºN. and is about 6 feet thick.

This quarry operation furnished lime to the King of AZ (Kofa) cyanide plant.
