KOV Open cut (Kamoto-Oliveira-Virgule Open cut), Kamoto, Kolwezi, Western area, Katanga Copper Crescent, Katanga (Shaba), Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaïre)

A large opencast mine, started in 1982 after the neighbouring pits were exhausted. Today, it joins the Kamoto group of mines to the Musonoi workings.
