A former surface and underground U-Cu-Mo mine complex on 16 claims, located in the center sec. 19, T6N, R14E, about Β½ mile S of the Aztec Lodge, on the North side of the Workman Creek Valley, about 400 feet above the creek. Discovered 1954 by C. Nichols and others. Owned by the Arizona Continental Uranium, Inc. (1955).

Mineralization is a tabular ore body hosted in the upper member of the Dripping Spring Quartzite at the contact with diabase. The orebody is 18.29 meters long and 0.91 meters wide strikes NNE and dips 5NE, hosted in dark-colored hornfels for the first 60 feet, then it is in and adjacent to an irregularly-shaped and ill-defined zone of transition dikelets and breccia. Ore control was mobilized hornfels near the diabase contact. An associated rock unit is granite.

Workings involve 3 adits, including the Workman No. 1 adit, plus at least one additional adit and several bulldozed benches (May, 1955). They total 109.73 meters in length. Production was less than 200 tons shipped.
Reserves are probably a small amount of low-grade mineralization.
