Kupferbergbau, Großfragant, Innerfragant, Goldberggruppe, Hohe Tauern, Kärnten, Österreich
Ancient copper and silver mining area. The first records of mining activities date back to the 16th century. Though, copper was mined here probably much earlier. After the first world war, the workings were abandoned.
Located in the eastern Goldberg group.
