A former surface and underground Cu-Au-Ag mine located SW of Aguila.

Mineralization is gold on flat faults.

Field observations by C. Lemanski, Jr.: The mine comprises a small, shallow "rat hole" shaft along Eagle Eye Road. A rusty old steam boiler lies nearby. Broken rock/ore on the site reflects copper mineralization with green stains and coatings on quartz.
