A surface and underground Cu-Au occurrence/mine located South of the Monarch Mine. Claims extend into the SW¼SW¼SW¼ sec. 3, SE¼SE¼SE¼ of sec. 4, and the N½NE¼NE¼ sec. 9.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with ore in lenses and pods. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was noted.

Local structures limited to unfoliated quartz diorite.
