A former underground Ag-Au-Pb-Zn-Cu mine on the Cougar claim, on the Cougar vein, near Crown King. Owned by Mr. Andree.
Mineralization is the Cougar vein. Ore control was faulting. An associated rock unit is the Crazy Basin Quartz Monzonite.
Area structures include foliation that trends N25E. Veins parallel regional foliation.
Workings include a 75 foot deep shaft (1881).
