Le Gaud veins & Le Frau veins, Desges, Pinols, Haute-Loire, Auvergne, France

Four quartz-galena veins in garnet-sillimanite-staurolite-muscovite-biotite gneisses associated with leptynites and amphibolites.
Le Gaud : 2 veins of galena (silver-bearing : up to 1030 g/t) and microbrecciated quartz in silicified mylonitized leptynites.
These 2 veins are located on North side of D30 road, left bank of La Desges, 1300 meters before Desges and 2600 meters from Chazelles.
Le Frau : 2 galena-quartz veins in front of Le Frau farm, at the confluence of two brooks.
