A surface Hg-Au-Cu mine/prospect located in sec. 25, T3N, R20W, about 1½ miles W of the Colonial Mining Co, 8 miles SW of Quartzsite, on BLM-administered land. NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided: 33.62944N, 114.36639W.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a lenticular ore body hosted in mica schist and strikes N55W, with a dip of 15SE.

Property prospected by a few open cuts.
