A Cu-W group of claims located about 1½ miles West of Dragoon. Owned by the Burrell Brothers (1940).
Mineralization is at a pediment, largely covered with alluvium at the SE base of the mountains. A small outcrop of Paleozoic limestone is cut by narrow altered dark porphyry dikes of N.30ºE.strike and by a quartz vein that strikes N.50ºE. and dips 80ºNW. Then outcrop is 4 to 12 inches (10 to 30 cm) wide and is traceable for 200 feet. The vein consists od coarsely crystalline, grayish-white quartz and carbonates plus scheelite.
