A former underground Au-Cu-Ag mine located N & NE of the Copper Chief Mine and 3 to 4 miles SE of Jerome on 68 claims, including the Cliff claim. Claims extend into sec. 36, T16N, R2E.

Mineralization is the Revenue vein hosted in the Deception Rhyolite, quartz porphyry, and the Shea Basalt. Ore control was stratigraphy and igneous activity. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration was chloritization and sericitization.

Area structures include massive sulfide lenses elongate parallel to bedding in metavolcanic rocks. Foliation in metavolcanic rocks trends N10W TO N40W.

Workings include a main shaft at 930 feet deep; Gorge tunnel; Brookshire tunnel about 3,000 feet long. The Cliff shaft connects with the Gorge tunnel.
