Hush on the outcrop of Hunters Vein, the easternmost of the Lunehead Veins (also worked from Renneygill Level of Lunehead Mine NY8638 2058). Formerly good specimens of barytocalcite could be collected on the tips from the hush beside the Middleton-in-Teesdale to Brough road, unfortunately this has now been landscaped into a carpark. The hush itself still there if rather vegetated.
Grid ref. given is that quoted in Dunham for the outcrop in Foster's Hush of Hunter's Vein.
