Tungsten skarns in the contact aureole of a Carboniferous granodiorite intrusion. Host rocks are Ordovician metamorphized shale/sandstone and shale/limestone formations, calcium-silicates cipolins, skarns and hornfels. Scheelite is the main tungsten ore (reserves estimated at 15,000 tonnes WO3).
