A former underground Cu-Au-Ag-Zn-Fe-Pb mine located on the South side of Boggs flat, about 2,000 feet South of the Boggs Mine. Owned by the Commercial Mining Co.
Mineralization is chloritic schist impregnated with pyrite; fine-grained hornfels. The ore body is lens-shaped. Ore control was stratigraphy. Concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration was chloritization and silicification.
Workings include a 300 foot deep shaft.
