A Gypsum occurrence located 1 mile West of the town of Land, 9 miles South of Benson; secs. 13, 23, 25 T17S, R20E; and, T18S, R21E. NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided: 31.9414N, 110.2594W. Apparently not located within a recognized mining district.

Mineralization is a gypsum deposit. Up to 10 feet thick bed of gypsum interbedded with caliche, clay, sandstone, and gravel under a thick layer of overburden.

Thick overburden limits exploration and exploitation.
