A Au occurrence/claim located in the SW¼ sec. 2, T22N, R17E, WM. This claim was located in 1874 by James Lockwood. It is located on the north side of Culver Gulch, adjoining the Culver on the E, the Pole Pick 2 Fraction on the N and the Hummingbird on the W.
It worked an ore body of medium grade in a lenticular quartz vein in Serpentine.
Developments include 2 shorts adits, one 50' long.
It produced prior to 1956.
