A placer gold deposit area on the east and west margins of Pearce Hill. NOTE: Coordinates are for the summit of Pearce Hill, midway between the E & W margins.
Mineralization is placer gold derived from weathering of the quartz veins of Pearce Hill in gravel made up largely of boulders from a few inches to over 3 feet (1 meter) in diameter.
