A group of U-V-Mo-Cu claims and former surface & underground mine located in the NE¼ sec. 8, T.26N., R.10E. (Wupatki NE 7.5 minute topo map).

Mineralization includes secondary U & Cu minerals in an elliptically shaped orebody. Alteration of host rock mudstone from reddish-brown to greyish-green and bleaching of host rock sediments.
