The Marmaissat claim extends into the Puy-de-Dôme (near Apchat) and Haute-Loire departments (Blesle, Torsiac).
The veins are located in the Auze ravine, 3 km West of Lanau village (Haute-Loire). The Le Chêne and La Fontaine Annette veins are located on its south slope, 25 meters east of the main pit.
