A small former underground Pb-Au-Cu-Zn-Ag + trace Mo mine located in the center S½ sec. 19, T5S, R20E, SW of the Head Center Mine and 3 km NNE of Aravaipa, on land of mixed status. Owned and operated by Messrs. James Quinn and Thomas Finnegan. Operated by the Balboa Mining and Development Co. of Colorado (1964).

Mineralization is a tabular orebody. Ore is fissure fillings in the Head Center fault between limestone and volcanics hosted in Escabrosa limestone and Horse Mountain silicic lava and tuff.

Produced several carloads of lead ore in 1948.
