A Mn-Au mine/prospect located in central sec. 8, T.19N., R.20W., NW of Oatman.

Mineralization is gold ore mostly in andesite. Host rock unit is the Gold Road latite. The vein and fault system trend NNW to WNW in Tertiary volcanic rocks (Alcyone trachite; unnamed metavolcanic units and Alder group rocks; Bass limestone).
