A former Au mine located in the east-central sec. 23, T.19N., R.20W., about ¾ mile SE of Oatman. Part of the overall Tom Reed mine.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. A NNW to WNW-trending vein and fault system in Tertiary volcanic rocks. Ore controls were mineral zones where cross fractures intersect N-S striking fractures near basalt dikes.
