A gold mine located in the west-central sec. 21, T.19N., R.20W., about 2 miles WSW of Oatman, in the former San Francisco District.

Mineralization is in the Salt Wash member of the Morrison formation. Vein is NNW to WNW trending and fault system in Tertiary volcanic rocks.
