A former underground Ag-Au-Pb-Be mine located in the SEW¼ sec. 20, T.19N., R.20W., about 2 miles SW of Oatman. Discovered 1902 by Ben Paddock. Production was prior to 1909.

Mineralization is a vein deposit. A NNW to WNW-trending vein and fault system in Tertiary volcanic rocks.
Ore is wire gold and clumps in pockets or bunches. Best values are in quartz associated with dark spar.
