‡Ref.: Schrader, F.C. & J.M. Hill (1915), Mineral deposits of the Santa Rita and Patagonia Mountains, Arizona, USGS Bull. 582: 168, 170.A copper prospect located NE of the Helen Gould prospect on a tributary gulch of Sawmill Canyon.
This prospect lies at the intersection of a northeastward-dipping siliceous reef or aplitic dike with a southeastward-dipping quartzite bed in Paleozoic limestone.
Workings include a 40 foot deep shaft at 60 feet above the gulch.
