A copper prospect located NE of the Helen Gould prospect on a tributary gulch of Sawmill Canyon.
This prospect lies at the intersection of a northeastward-dipping siliceous reef or aplitic dike with a southeastward-dipping quartzite bed in Paleozoic limestone.
Workings include a 40 foot deep shaft at 60 feet above the gulch.
