East of old Pony Express station
Low sulfidation epithermal gold-silver veins in rhyolite. Thick quartz veins with calcite replacement, breccia and banded textures. Silver bearing sulfides and electrum are concentrated in dark gray bands of fine-grained quartz. There appear to be similarities between these veins and those of the nearby Fairview and Wonder districts.
