A Cu prospect with underground workings located in sec. 10, T24S, R16E, just E of Mount Washington, SW of Washington Gulch, 1 mile west of the Belmont Mine, on National Forest land.

Mineralization involves a vertical shear plane that trends N.55ºW. in the quartz monzonite. The rock along the plane is impregnated with chalcopyrite and pyrite, some of which is coated by chalcocite. The minerals also fill small seams in the rock.

Workings include a shaft and a tunnel.
