A former underground Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn mine. Discovered 1897. Produced 1908-1961.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration noted.

Area structures include the vein that parallels foliation, which trends N20W.
