A former surface and underground Cu-Au-Ag-Pb-Zn mine. Discovered by L.F. Willis. Produced 1929. NOTE: alternate coordinates provided: 34.01028N, 112.46639W.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration was minor Fe-staining.

Area structures include veins parallel to low-angle (less than 50 degree dip) faults which trend NW. Foliation in Precambrian schist trends N20E to N50E. Tertiary volcanics dip NE and strike NW.
