A former surface and underground W-Au-Cu-Mo mine.

Mineralization is a contact metamorphic deposit. Ore control was a garnet-epidote skarn zone. Alteration is silicification.

NOTE: The coordinates for this mine and the White Cloud Mine are very close. Field observations at the White Cloud Mine revealed the existence of multiple shafts and workings over an area of about 1000 feet. The Little San Domingo Mine may be one of those workings.
