A former surface and underground Cu-Ti-Sr-Cr-Mn-Zn-Pb-Baryte-Fluorspar mine. The Copper Penny property includes 98 claims, covering the former Alaska, Weldon Hill & Rainbow Mines. NOTE: This circumstance would indicate that the property also includes the recently staked Spectrum claims.

Mineralization is vein deposits.
Field observations by C. Lemanski, Jr.: The mine has an adit tunnel in a hillside. A prospect has been opened on the back side of the hill exposing mineralized areas containing tiny wulfenite crystals. The area surrounding the mine has been systematically drilled (exploration) for determinations of fluorspar abundance.
