A porphyry Cu occurrence along I-10 in the SW¼ sec. 31, .15S., R.23E. (Dragoon 7.5 minute topo map). NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided: 32.0833N, 110.0417W.
Mineralization is a porphyry copper deposit with ore bound within the strata. Mineralization includes oxidized copper minerals.
Local structures include N- to NW-trending faults and isolated ranges. Silicic to basaltic volcanic rocks; igneous intrusives. Tectonic features include a back-arc, extensional cratonic basin.
