A Baryte-Fluorspar-Cu occurrence/claims/prospect on 4 claims, with surface and underground workings, located in the W-cen. sec. 17, SE¼ sec. 18, and N-cen. sec. 21, T7N, R17W (Bouse 15 minute topo map). Phillips reported the location as section 18.

Mineralization is a baryte-fluorite vein, with iron and manganese oxides, wherein the baryte occurs in large plates, and includes secondary copper minerals, hosted in limestone and rhyolite.

Workings include exploration shafts and cuts.
