An exploration/prospect mine formed around 1860 and consisting of a few test pits and shafts. Work was concentrated mostly on the Minesota Conglomerate Belt. No production of refined copper was recorded. The mine was absorbed by the Mass Consolidated Mining Co. in 1899.
