A group of Pb-Cu-Mn claims / mine located in the center sec. 20 (sec. 28 per MRDS), T8S, R16E (Mammoth 7.5 minute topo map), about 1¾ miles ESE of Signal Peak, Black Hills, on private land.

Mineralization occurs in a fracture system intruded by dikes. Ore includes secondary copper minerals.
