Davis Quarry, Dungannon Township, Hastings Co., Ontario, Canada
A quarry in nepheline-albite pegmatite. This is not the famous giant nepheline crystal occurrence. See Davis Hill Locality: "Among the many holdings taken up in his name [Norman B. Davis], one became known as Davis Hill [Locality], and another the Davis Quarry, which was opened on a nepheline-albite-biotite pegmatite in the nearby York River belt..." (Moyd, 1990).
