Ref.: Rocks & Min.:60:90; Dana 6:485. A zirconium mine located 0.5 miles West of Tuxedo near Green River, South side of Blue Ridge on state route 1118. The presence of the mine affected local place names - the Tuxedo Station was called Zirconia.
